Who's Behind OAG?

Chris Ortiz is a New Mexico Certified Appraiser (NM83-R) and has been practicing the Art and Science of Appraisal since 1985. With more than 35 years experience he is knowledgeable and skilled in all concepts of residential market valuation and lender underwriting. To date it is estimated that Chris Ortiz has personally completed and supervised over 16,500 appraisal assignments.
